We conducted a full audit and SWOT analysis to produce a sales, marketing and operations report. Taking inspiration from their prestigious city address, we then created the stand-alone brand of ‘99 City Road’ for the conference centre. A new website complete with 360 virtual tour, various print and digital marketing collateral and social media platforms quickly followed. We then implemented an integrated strategy including SEO, PPC, e-mail marketing, social media, award entries and attendance at major industry exhibitions.
