The Healthcare Management Trust

We have been HMT Sancta Maria Hospital’s retained communications agency since 2014.

Our role has been to position Sancta as one of Wales’ leading private hospitals and to raise the profile of the hospital amongst key target audiences. As the hospital prepares to move to a new purpose-built facility in SA1, we are more involved than ever in everything from digital marketing through to internal comms.

To reach our key audiences, we employ a range of tactics from traditional PR and digital advertising through to SEO, PPC, events and sponsorship. We have built their profile locally through sourcing both high profile and grass roots sponsorship opportunities and liaising directly with primary care providers who can refer patients. We have established a series of ‘Meet The Consultant’ events to showcase the range of procedures available at the hospital and to connect patients with consultants. Most recently reTHINK has created a new website for the hospital to launch this new, exciting chapter in Sancta’s history. The hospital administration views us as an extension of their team.

reTHINK results

Our multi-faceted PR and marketing approach has yielded strong results. More than 6,000 enquiries were received via the ‘Contact Us’ page and over 100k page views registered across the site in the first two months since it relaunched. Our video series #SanctaStories which spotlight a range of team members as they prepare to move to the new hospital site regularly exceed 1k views. Social media following has more than tripled since our involvement. In the last year we have achieved more than 80 pieces of media coverage for Sancta resulting in 4.6k social shares and 992k coverage views.
